Hello Parents!
My name is Sherry Dame and I am a doctoral student under the direction of Dr. Acquelnetta Myrick in the College of Doctoral Studies at Grand Canyon University. I am conducting a study on the home learning environment of children who are successful in school.
I would like to ask all parents of elementary school children who help their children at home to complete an online questionnaire. You do not have to participate. You may be asked to provide information about the name of your child’s school, their grade level, and your race/ethnicity. You may be asked for your contact information for a personal interview.
Parents who complete the interview will receive a $25 Amazon gift card. Please click on the link below for more information. Thank you in advance for responding!

Hello Tiger Community,
Earlier today, we received notice from police that there was suspicious activity around Park Avenue Elementary and Vista Nueva High School.
Out of an abundance of caution both sites were temporally locked down while police investigated the situation.
Students and staff are safe and at this time normal operations have resumed.
Thank you ,
